If there’s one thing that makes me excited about what I do, it’s turning each shoot into a creative legacy either for my client or for myself.
A lot of my work is in the hospitality industry – a field that I have extensive experience in as a venue manager and cocktail geek – so I take great pride in being one of the leading food and beverage photographers in Brisbane. I am lucky enough to witness incredible creativity, passion and human diversity which I then get to capture using my own creative passions!
As a fully accredited member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP), I bring my knowledge and training into a broad range of styles. My passion lies in portraiture and storytelling; the weirder, the better! I can help you with editorial and advertising images or I can be there to capture an intimate moment. My clients let me into their lives at emotional and exciting times, so I strive to give them something beautiful in return.
I’ve been taking photos of everything I see for over 11 years, and have been lucky enough to turn this into a profession for the last 4 years. I love experimenting with lighting and dabbling in video (producing, directing, camera operating). For fun, I shoot on film and develop the images at home. My nerdy obsession with technology means I stay ahead of the curve wherever possible, and I can bring innovative techniques to photoshoots in Brisbane and around Australia.
